About Organize PDF

A scan that came out in the wrong order, one page upside down, a stray blank sheet in the middle: all of it can be fixed on one screen. The tool draws a thumbnail for every page, labelled with its original number, and each thumbnail has buttons to move it, turn it a quarter turn or drop it. Nothing is written until you save, and dropped pages can be restored before then.

Features

  • Thumbnail of every page with its original page number
  • Move, rotate and remove pages on the same screen
  • Rotation is added to each page's existing rotation
  • Removed pages stay faded on screen until you save, so they can be restored
  • Editing after a save hides the old download so you never fetch a stale file

Limitations

  • Pages move one position per click; there is no drag and drop.
  • Every thumbnail is drawn before the grid appears, so long documents take longer to open.
  • Pages cannot be added from other files here, so merge first if you need that.
  • Files up to 50 MB are accepted. At least one page must remain, and downloading needs a free account.

How it works

  1. Add a PDF and wait while the page thumbnails load.
  2. Use the up and down arrows under a thumbnail to move that page earlier or later in the order.
  3. Press the rotate button to turn a page a quarter turn clockwise each time, or the cross to mark it for removal; the restore arrow brings it back.
  4. Check the counter above the grid, which shows how many pages will be kept.
  5. Select Save Organized PDF, then download organized.pdf.
