1. Cancel any time
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Free tools stay free and do not need cancelling; you can stop using them whenever you like.
2. How to cancel
- Sign in and open Subscription in your dashboard.
- Choose Manage Subscription to open our secure Stripe billing portal.
- Select cancel and confirm.
If you cannot sign in, email info@aurobotix.com from your account address and we will help.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan. Your dashboard shows the scheduled end date.
4. Fees and refunds
There is no cancellation fee. Because access continues until the period ends, the current period is not refunded; see the Return / Refund Policy for details and for billing errors.
5. Confirmation
After you cancel, the portal and your dashboard show the scheduled end date. If you do not see it, contact us before your next renewal date.
6. Closing your account
To delete your account and personal data, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy. Please cancel Premium first so no further payment is taken.
