1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of Auro Tools (aurotools.com), operated by Aurobotix. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
Auro Tools is a collection of online utilities for developers, writers and teams. Most tools are free to use without an account. Some features, such as higher usage limits and longer result retention, are available on a paid Premium plan. Everything we provide is digital: nothing is shipped to you.
We may add, change or retire tools at any time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Accounts
You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Premium subscriptions, billing and credits
- Premium is a recurring subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- The price and billing interval are shown at checkout before you pay. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance used by some tools. Unused plan credits expire when the allowance resets. Credits returned to you after a failed tool run are credits, not money.
- Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time; see our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are covered by our Return / Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service;
- circumvent rate limits, credit limits or security measures;
- upload content you do not have the right to process, or content that is unlawful;
- resell the service itself or present it as your own product;
- violate any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
6. Your content and tool outputs
You keep ownership of what you submit and of the outputs the tools produce for you, and you may use outputs in personal and commercial projects. You give us only the permission needed to process your content to deliver the result, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Accuracy and AI-generated output
We work to keep token counts, pricing data and other results accurate, but they are provided for information only. Token counts for some models are estimates and are labelled as such. Always verify pricing with the relevant model provider before incurring costs.
Some tools use an AI model provided by a third party. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other outputs. Review it before relying on it, particularly for legal, medical, financial or production decisions.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, code and branding belong to Auro Tools or its licensors, except for your content and tool outputs. You may not copy or redistribute them beyond what these terms allow.
9. Third-party services and links
The service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting) and Anthropic (AI text tools). We link to external sites for reference and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; for material changes to paid plans we will give notice by email or on the site.
