About Extract Pages
Sometimes the pages you need are not neighbors: the second, the ninth and the last. Instead of typing ranges, this tool shows a grid of numbered buttons, one per page. Click the ones to keep, use Select all or Clear to start from either end, and the action button counts your selection as you go. The new PDF holds the chosen pages in their original order.
Features
- One numbered button for every page
- Select all and Clear shortcuts
- Button label counts the selected pages
- Non-adjacent pages in a single pass
Limitations
- The grid shows page numbers only, not previews, so you need to know which numbers you are after.
- Pages always come out in their original order, whatever order you clicked them in.
- The upload limit is 50 MB per file, and a password-protected PDF has to be unlocked first.
- Saving extracted.pdf needs a free account.
How it works
- Add your PDF and wait for the grid of page numbers to appear.
- Click each page you want to keep; click it again to deselect it.
- Use Select all or Clear to start from every page or from none.
- Select the Extract button, whose label shows how many pages are chosen.
- Download extracted.pdf when it appears.
